Will Arnuk

Welcome!

I am a current PhD candidate at Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY. I research early Eocene evaporite deposits in the Green River Basin (SW Wyoming) and Piceance Creek Basin (NW Colorado). In particular, I study the brine evolution and regional climate change that took place when these lactustrine evaporites were deposited, during the Early Eocene Climatic Optimum (EECO).

My research interests primarily include sedimentology, aqueous geochemistry, basin modeling, paleoclimatology, and incorporating statistics and machine learning into geological/geochemical analysis.
